Meet the Staff

Shianne

Financial Services / Front Office Manager

Shianne has been with the practice since 2001 in the financial services department. She is an experienced insurance billing specialist and helps patients maximize their insurance benefits for treatment in our practice.  She also oversees the front office staff’s daily tasks. She is a local to Midland with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever. In Shianne’s free time, she enjoys gardening, golfing, bowling, and traveling to the Upper Peninsula for UTV trail riding whenever she can.

Dakota

Financial Services / Marketing

Dakota has been with the practice since 2010 in the financial services department. She is an experienced insurance billing specialist that works with patients to maximize their insurance benefits for treatment in our practice. Dakota also works as the practices Social media marketing specialist promoting online content. She loves helping people, is very creative, and loves anything chocolate. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and dogs outdoors.

Deb

Professional Relationship Director / Marketing

Deb is responsible for communicating and cultivating relationships within the dental community. She works as part of the marketing team promoting our practice within the community. In her free time she enjoys reading, golf and spending time with her family.

Brandi

Front Desk

Brandi joined Midland OMFS in 2021 as a member of the Front Desk team. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children who seem to keep her very active. She has two dogs, Duke and Remi. In her spare time, she is typically on the sidelines at her children’s sports events. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their family and friends camping, having bonfires, and cookouts. She also loves home decorating and completing home projects.

Carman

Front Desk

Carman joined Midland OMFS in 2021 as a member of the Front Desk Team. She has two dogs named Cooper and Sully. She loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her family and friends in her free time.

Heather

Lead Assistant

Heather has been a surgical assistant with Midland OMFS since 2002. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from CMU. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, backpacking, and traveling.

Ashley K.

Implant Coordinator

Ashley has been with Midland OMFS since 2002. She started as a surgical assistant and now takes the role as the practice’s implant coordinator. Ashley is experienced in educating patients throughout the dental implant process and works with referring general dentists to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. She is married with two boys and they have a dog named Gemma. They enjoy spending time as a family watching their boys sporting events, boating, and camping.

Kyiana

Surgical Assistant

Kyiana joined Midland OMFS in 2020 as a surgical assistant after completion of the Ross dental assisting program. In her free time she loves boating, going up North and spending time with her daughter.

Rochelle

Surgical Assistant

Rochelle joined the practice in 2020 as a surgical assistant. She has two teacup chihuahuas named Lily and Regan. Rochelle loves reading, going on adventures and spending time with her family.

Lenice

Surgical Assistant

Lenice joined Midland OMFS in 2021 as a surgical assistant. In her free time, she loves traveling and spending time with her daughter and son.

Danae

Surgical Assistant

Danae has been a surgical assistant with Midland OMFS since 2018. Her heart belongs to two beautiful boxers that she spends most of her time with.

Amanda

Surgical Assistant

Amanda joined Midland OMFS in 2019. She loves working with the public and meeting new people. She is cross trained for both the front office and the surgical team. In her free time, she loves spending her time outdoors with her Son.

Treatment Coordinator
